1. General

These Terms apply to all services provided by EU Move Assistant (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the digital vault, form processing, status updates, and additional services (such as housing, utilities, banking, insurance, taxation, and company formation).

By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

“Customer” means any individual or business purchasing or using services from EU Move Assistant.

“Partners” refers to trusted third parties who provide additional services related to relocation or residency.

3. Services

We facilitate the completion, processing, and submission of documents required for relocation and residency within the EU.

Customers receive access to a secure digital vault with real-time status updates and communication by email.

Additional services (such as housing, utilities, banking, insurance, taxation, and company formation) are delivered in cooperation with external partners.

4. Use of the Digital Vault

Access to the vault is granted after payment and account creation.

Access remains valid for the agreed period (e.g., one month), unless extended by mutual agreement.

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted documents and information.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe or other secure payment providers we may offer.

No services will be provided until payment has been confirmed.

If any subscription or extension applies, this will always be clearly communicated in advance.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer guarantees that all submitted information is complete and accurate.

The customer is responsible for timely uploads and compliance with deadlines communicated through status updates.

7. Liability

We act solely as a facilitator and are not a party to final contracts with banks, insurers, utility providers, or other third parties.

We are not liable for errors, delays, or damages caused by external parties or government institutions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government closures, internet outages, or natural disasters.

9. Privacy & Data

All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Documents and data are securely stored in the digital vault and only shared with partners when necessary to deliver the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, text, and materials provided by EU Move Assistant (including the digital vault, forms, and website content) remain our exclusive intellectual property.

They may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Customers may terminate their account at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law.

12. Governing Law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Cyprus.
